• 课程描述：
  “人工智能导论”是针对电子信息学科一年级硕士生开设的一门学科基础课程。 人工智能是一个拥有悠久历史但是仍然处于一个持续发展期的研究领域。 在这门课里，你将学习到人工智能领域的各种算法以及一些前沿应用。 本课程以matlab、python等工具，学习人工智能算法设计的相关知识，并培养算法设计和编写的基本技能。
• Course Description:
  "Foundation of AI" is a basic course for graduated students of electronic information science in the first semester of the first grade. Artificial intelligence is a research field with a long history but still in a period of sustainable development. In this course, you will learn a variety of algorithms and some frontier applications in the field of artificial intelligence. This course uses matlab, Python and other programming tools to learn the relevant knowledge of artificial intelligence algorithm designing and application.
• 设计思路：
  本课程设计以理论结合实践为基本原则，通过课外编程作业加强算法实践， 为学生后续电子及计算机类相关学科基础和专业课程乃至未来相关专业工作等打下良好的算法设计与编写基础。 本课程设计了五个教学周期：人工智能简介、模糊逻辑与遗传算法、经典神经网络、深层神经网络以及强化学习， 其中第一部分“人工智能简介及算法基础”主要介绍人工智能的历史和由来以及一些算法基础知识， 而后面四大部分将对于人工智能的四个重要领域进行详细介绍、逐步为阶的将学生带入人工智能算法的相关数学知识以及算法设计与编写的实战中， 重在培养学生从算法理解到算法应用上的能力。
• Concepts:
  This course is designed to combine theory with practice as the basic principle. This course is given by way of a range of traditional lectures and online classes. Students can strength their coding ability by doing extracurricular coding tasks. This course will lay the roots for students’ disciplinary foundation and even their future career. This course contains 5 parts: Foundation of AI, Fuzzy logic and genetic algorithms, Artificial neural network, Deep neural networks, Reinforce learning. The first part, “Foundation of AI”, mainly introduces the history and origin of artificial intelligence as well as some basic knowledge of algorithm. The remaining 4 parts, which focusing on training and improving the students' mathmatical and programming skills, are provided step by step. This course aims to expand students' knowledge from algorithm understanding to algorithm application.
